As I may be representing my region at this event, I have a number of questions about it:
1) Is this still happening at PaizoCon 2017?
2) If so, when and where?
3) Spouses welcome or not? (Is this an NDA event?)
4) Do we have to tell you in advance we're coming?
5) Dress code?
6) Expected length?
7) What happens at one of these things? Is this a news / planning event? A 'thank you for great work' event? A 'Hilary, you're not cleared for that' event?
8) Will there be Stroopwafels?
9) Will spontaneous filking be discouraged?
10) Are there any questions I've left out?

This is what I know:
The VC dinner will be announced by Tonya on the VO side of the Paizo website. You will have about 48 hours to confirm your attendance. If you are not (yet) a VC, your VC will have to send a response designating you as his/her representative and you send a response that you will be attending. Tonya will then add you to the list.

As jack and Keith are attending the dinner, you will need to have the VC for online tell the right people that she or he is not going and that you are going in their stead.
Spouses are most definitely not allowed unless they are a VC as well. It is an NDA event.
Dress code? Ha. That is really funny. Just imagine how I dress and anything you wear will be an improvement.
