I'm not sure if the work has been done or if there is a better place to ask this. I've been looking for both but came up empty handed.
The Majestic Mantaur
Does anyone have any ideas on what the stats and other racials would be for the majestic Mantaur: Half man, half another man? I feel like he would have bonuses to Str and Dex with a minus to Cha, some kind of drawback like making an Acrobatics check whenever he stands on his hind legs, the ability to gain the Multiweapon Fighting feat, etc.
Any thoughts/comments/complains/insults?

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Multi-Armed: A mantaur has four arms. One hand is considered its primary hand; all others are considered off hands. It can use any of its hands for other purposes that require free hands, though mantaurs primarily use their lower arms for movement.
Undersized Weapons (Ex) Although a mantaur is Large, its arms are the same size as that of a Medium humanoid. As a result, they wield weapons as if they were one size category smaller than their actual size (Medium for most mantaurs).
Rock Throwing (Ex)
Mantaurs are accomplished rock throwers and have a +1 racial bonus on attack rolls with thrown rocks. A mantaur can hurl rocks up to two categories smaller than its size; for example, a Large mantaur can hurl Small rocks. A “rock” is any large, bulky, and relatively regularly shaped object made of any material with a hardness of at least 5. The creature can hurl the rock up to five range increments.
Bipedalism (Ex)
Mantaurs primarily use their lower forearms for movement, but they are capable of standing upright. This is typically only done to intimidate rivals, in self-defense or to ease climbing. While standing upright, a mantaur’s movement speed is reduced to 20ft. and it suffers a -4 penalty on Acrobatics checks and a -2 CMD vs. Trip, Bull Rush and Overrun attempts caused by strain on the creature’s spine and the extra weight placed on the legs.
The picture made me think these things are brutish, isolated cave-dwellers who use their powerful lower arms to clamber around mountains. They probably spend more time upright when they are young and their upper bodies are still underdeveloped. That would also help young mantaurs escape predator attacks because they'd develop climbing skills early in life. As they get stronger and larger, they transition to a quadrupedal posture that increases their speed and takes weight off their hips and legs.
I know it's got a bow in the drawing, but I also thought these guys would be good rock throwers since many other ranged weapons would be difficult to wield or obtain in their natural environment. Throwing boulders might be a way to impress mates by showing off their strength or aid them in hunting.
