Utilities for PbP

So I've been tinkering with tools that make it easier to play PbP since I'm a first-timer.

So I set up an IFTTT.com recipe to send me an email anytime the Discussion or Gameplay RSS feed is updated.

Then I set up a rule to star (in gmail) incoming emails from that applet and have it do a push notification.

In addition you can do things like have IFTTT.com change the color of your lights and all sorts of other fun stuff.

Anyone else messing with automation or IoT (Alexa, Google Home)?
