I'm playing a gestalt rule campaign and I'm going as a Vitalist / Tactitian build. In regards to the collective, do the levels for them stack? Collective range is calculated with 100ft +10/level, so if I 'm a 5 vitalist 5 tactician, is my collective range 150 or 200? And what about the benchmarks for Infinite range etc? Do I add both classes level together to calculate my Collective level? Or is it strictly based off of each specific class?
And lastly, are there any ways to ramp up the rate at which you get those unlock points? I know of the feat Enlarge Collective, but I was wondering if there were any other ones that did similar things to ramp up the rate of which you unlock the infinite range?TL;DR
If I have 2 classes with collective, do i need one of them at lvl 12 to get the infinite range (with the enlarged collective feat), or could I do 6 vitalist +6 tactician?

so the important thing about gestalt: you do not recieve duplicate features of any kind (If i recall correctly). this means you'd only get manifesting from one of the classes, power points from one of the classes, collective from one of the classes, etc.
this was all i could dig up, oddly. I can't find anything else, but based on that link, it sounds like yes, with the included caveat you see in Andreas's reply.

When you have two classes with a collective and you are multiclassing, the levels of one class stack with the levels of the other.
So, your "class level with collective" is a 10 when you are a tactician 5/vitalist 5.
