Crypt of the everflame question, about reward.

Hey everyone,

I find myself in a situation.
The team is fighting the boss of the module, Asar.

Now i've been rolling well on his team's behalf, and he just butchered the party paladin and another has been KO from round 1.

Suppose they value their lives and the three remaining abandon the dungeon.

As they have done all but the boss encounter, they'd earn at least 1 XP, afaik.

But if all they didn't do, is kill Asar for good, what would their chronicle reward be?

Do they get half max PP and 2/3 XP?

Unfortunately only for three of them, 1 dead and the other will be if they run.
