We will be doing subscription pick up for 2016! You have from now until May 5th at 10am PST to opt-in.
You will not be charged shipping and handling.
You will be charged Sales Tax (9.5%)
We estimate that we will wrap up the shipping of May orders on May 20th, the convention starts May 27th, so please consider carefully if the subscription pick up option is right for you!
In theory, we will run our order spawning process on May 5th. We will be granting PDFs for products set to pick up at PaizoCon sometime the week of May 9th -13th.
If you do not pick up your subscription at PaizoCon we will refund your sales tax, charge you shipping and send out your order. This may take 1-3 weeks after the convention.
If you want to sign up for a new subscription and have the first volume as the May item set for convention pick up, you must contact customer service immediately after starting the subscription (do not wait for the last minute to do this option or we might not get to your request in time).
We cannot split orders or have some of your subs for pick up and others not be. Nor can we include sidecarted items. Items in your sidecart will wait for June or the next available subscription or you can choose to ship them as soon as possible (let Customer Service know if you need help with that).
