I'm curious about the status of this order - it's been held up a long while.

If the miniature that's part of the order is permanently holding it up, can I have that moved to an entirely separate order?

Hi Kalindlara,

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like the Vampire mini was holding up the order a bit, so I've moved her into her own order, and you should be receiving a confirmation email for that shortly. It looks like we're still waiting to receive stock, but I'll do some poking around to make sure that there's nothing else holding it up.

Otherwise, the rest of your subscription order is all free and clear. The warehouse is still working on shipping subscription items, but we expect them all to be done by the end of this week, barring any unforeseen holdups. Once your order has been processed, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know it's on the way.
