I'm currently about to play my first ever genuine campaign, and was hoping to better understand how the brawler's flurry ability works, especially in conjunction with a preexisting natural weapon, in this case, a bite.
From what I understand, the brawler's flurry just helps the brawler "dual-wield" their own body, so would their full attack be "unarmed, unarmed, bite?"
Also, are the unarmed strike and bite the same for purposes of feats like Weapon Focus?

1) Brawler's Flurry only works with unarmed strikes, not natural weapons (unless taking the feat Feral Combat Training). You can normally make attacks with both unarmed strikes (or manufactured weapons) and natural weapons, as long as the unarmed strikes (or manufactured weapons) use different body parts than the natural weapons (for instance, you can't unarmed strike or use a weapon and claw with the same arm/hand); the natural weapon attack is treated as a secondary attack when doing so (-5 attack penalty, 1/2 Str mod to damage), even if it's normally a primary attack. However, brawlers are specifically prohibited from combining a flurry with natural weapon attacks: "A brawler with natural weapons can't use such weapons as part of brawler's flurry, nor can she make natural weapon attacks in addition to her brawler's flurry attacks."
2) No. They are different "weapons;" even different natural weapons (i.e., bites and claws) must be taken individually with Weapon Focus, etc.

Huh. Is there really any point in taking FCT, then, since the bite already does the same 1d6 as my unarmed attack (and will eventually do less?)
Quite frankly I see no point to FCT. Monks and Brawlers get no additional attacks from it and their unarmed strikes do more damage.
The only use I can think of is like, a Catfolk Ninja that wants to use style feats with their claws or something.

FCT got nerfed a while ago. The original had a point; IIRC it used to let you get a monk's UAS damage with your natural weapons.
