First one is actually pretty simple. It came up when discussing directions for the warlock. This archtype makes the warlock a versatile (but in some ways limited) caster, but could be fun to do everything with shadow conjuration.

Shadowmancy - The caster can cast spells as if using the Shadow Conjuration spell. The shadowmancer does not keep a spell book, and does not need to learn spells. They can determine the effects of their casting according to the shadow conjuration spell, except the level of the spell slot is the highest level spell that the shadowmancer can replicate. Each shadowmancy level opens up spell slots as the equivalent arcane level.

Unmasked (Any specialization)
Some vigilantes are publicly known, whether they were exposed, or they just were open about their operations from the start.
Abilities Replaced: Dual Identity, Seamless Guise, All social talents
Abilities gained:
Vigilante Talents at level 1, 5, 9, 13, and 17
seems a bit much to gain for the loss of dual identity...

Hmm. What if there were an archetype that reverses the roles of the vigilante and the social identity?
By day, a heroic fighter who is well known for his adventuring, and tales of his heroics are a source of great renown for this hero. But in the shadows, a he hides a dark secret in another identity which manipulates the black market for his own gain.
Basically his "vigilante" and combat identity is that of an unassuming adventurer, but his "social" identiy works in the shadows of the underworld.

All elements bolt beamer is a good idea for an archetype.
Sorta like that elemental lord arcanist archetype. Only much much much more effective.
Zealot defender is a fun idea as well.
They give up a fair few things for aura's of defense. In practice, its basicallly performance, but different details.

An Avenger with a Mount.
When I explained the class to my son, his response was "You can't be Zorro without Toronado -- I'll just make a Cavalier."
Something that allows you to combine 2 specializations -- I'd specifically like to see Warlock + Stalker. I keep wanting Paizo to put out a class that will supersede the Arcane Trickster PrC, and they keep avoiding that design space. Maybe this could do it.

Oh.. this isn't specifically Vigilante, and more I want that archetype iin general..
But Sonic vigilante. They add all spells relating to sound to them. Including things like echolocation etc.
Might be too similar to bar'd stchk. Though they don't do sonic combatant that well, except for that sonic archetype.
================
If you use VMC you can make a pretty interesting Rogue-Warlock. Though it is a bummer to miss out on the free day abilities of the arcane trickster (surprise sneak attack etc) and the "any spell" capstone.
it's a shame mystic bolt doesn't work on caster level and the class in geneeral doesn't like prestig casters.

There's definitely room for an Ironman-like class. Builds his own magical armor and wondrous devices. Possibly replacing some of the social talents for item creation feats. Might work for a variety of specializations, too. Warlock specializing in Mystic Bolt is obvious, but avenger or stalker could be gadgeteers, and zealot could focus on making relics and using blessed weapons and armor. The Green Knight might be a fey zealot with special axe and armor.
A defender-type archetype might boost defense to himself and allies.
A champion archetype might combine the teamwork-enhancing abilities of the cavalier and inquisitor, and possibly the bard.
A master chymist-type should work too. There should at least be a way for the vigilante to qualify for the Master Chymist PrC, and Master Spy too.
A "tough b@$+@rd" type like Wolverine should be possible, too. Fast healing and enhanced combat ability when wounded.
A teleporter, combining the best practices from the Dimensional Agility feat tree and the Shadowdancer.
Zealot archetypes with different divine power sources, like ancestors, dark tapestry, undeath, spirits, ancient civilizations, powerful beasts and creatures (dragons, giants, titans, genies, dinosaurs), etc.
Wish fulfillment.
Item-based powers (magic ring, ancestral weapon, adamantine shield).

These two could be put together really neatly.
The warlock that fakes it to make it. He uses gadgets, and items to replicate things.Of course that really works with all of them but would be an interesting way to drop warlock casting and instead get something along lines of that occult class's style
