I've heard the Hell's Rebels AP will have a political theme, and that there is already a highly political urban based AP already.

Campaigns that already exist which suit the Vigilante

Shackled City (Home City Location for 80% of the AP)
Curse of the Crimson Throne (Home City Location for 65% of the AP, plus the city has a history of masked vigilantes)
Pathfinder
Council of Thieves (Home City Location for most of the AP, and good
reason to want to hide your identity)
Upcoming:
Hell's Rebels.

The Vigilante is far more Niche than most classes, but I think it can fill the niche very well.
Curse of the Crimson Throne and Council of Thieves both come to mind as campaigns that seem to keep you in a central area to help the class shine a little better. Beyond those two I am sure there are other campaigns where the Vigilante could work but maybe just not as well, I know I have one player already thinking of playing one in Hell's Rebels although we don't know much about it yet.
haha I can't but help of think of the netflix daredevil series when I hear Hells Rebels. and cheers guys, I look forward to that campaign and I'll check out the others as well.
