Banner of Valor Loot?

Does anyone know when you are suppose to get the Banner? We are finishing up chapter 2 and none of the reward loot was it.

the 5th crusade had Barding of pleated light, into the citadel had Soulshear, and Guantlet of ruin has Ring of force fangs.

You get it for closing a specific location in the fifth adventure of AP2. Its just like the wardstone in AP1
