Do witches patron spells still count for bonuses such as witches knife even if the spells are gained from other class level advancement? For instance if i did one level witch and one level Oracle and the rest sorcerer when i select the patron spells from sorcerer advancement would the extra dc from witches knife come into effect?

I don't believe it would work like that. First, you don't automatically get access to all your patron spells, in fact you don't even get your first one until level 2. So if you only dipped one level in Witch, you wouldn't even have a patron spell to boost with Witch Knife yet.
Separately, the spells you pick up as a sorcerer are not patron spells (or even witch spells for that matter) - they are sorcerer spells even if they happen to be spells on your patron's list. There might be more gray room here if you have a flexible GM and a good reason (e.g. if you had an appropriate bloodline matching your witch or patron), but I don't think it's supported as written.

Technically as written the feats only requirement is witch. So the feats not the issue. I am more waffly on the patron spell issue though. Any more agreeing or differing opiniins?
I don't disagree on that point. You can certainly take the feat at level 1. My point is more that it doesn't benefit you until level 2 when you get access to your first patron spell and at that point it'd apply to exactly one spell. It really seems much more like a mid-late game feat for it to be worth it.
