Potion of Alchemical Allocation, can it exist?

Things like this are EXACTLY why personal range spells can't be made into potions. They'd simply be too good.

Ha, but Eternal Potion is kind of a waste of two discoveries to get if the best I could get is some AC bonus or fly.
