Im getting ready to GM my first scenario and I want to make sure I understand a couple of the rules.
1. If a sorcerer has a spell that takes a standard action to cast that means he can still move his full movement and then cast the spell.
2. As long as a rogue has a flank bonus then he can use his sneak attack bonus. Also there is no limit to how many times a rogue can use the sneak attack bonus as long as the target has lost its dex bonus or is considered flanked.
3. If a cleric casts obscuring mists and then can choose to turn it off as a free action. Can it be turned off on another players turn or just on the clerics turn.
Please let me know If i got anything wrong. Thanks for the Help.

1. True (he can move before or after taking a standard action to cast the spell. Just as he can move before OR after taking any other standard action).
2. True. The rogue's sneak attack applies any time the target is denied a Dex to AC, or when the rogue flanks her target. - side note - some other things will prevent this damage, for example the obsuring mist mentioned in #3 below....
3. Dismissing a spell is not a free action, CRB pg. 216 "Dismissing a spell is a standard action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity." SO... unless there is some special something going on, it takes a standard action for the cleric to dismiss ("turn off") an obscuring mist spell. And the cleric can only take a standard action on his turn. (he could Ready an action to Dismiss the spell... but he would have to state the action that would trigger the Ready, and he would have to Ready on his turn...
Hope that helps!
and welcome to judging!

p.
Assuming you mean a single move - yes - if by full move you mean the most he can move in his turn the answer is no - not unless he is riding something - and then there is probably a concentration check involved.

Welcome, and thanks for stepping up!

Yep, every turn you get both a move action and a standard action (or you can trade them both in for a single full-round action). Anything that can be done as a move action and anything that can be done as a standard action can be done in the same turn without interfering with each other.
2. As long as a rogue has a flank bonus then he can use his sneak attack bonus. Also there is no limit to how many times a rogue can use the sneak attack bonus as long as the target has lost its dex bonus or is considered flanked.
Yep, Sneak Attack automatically applies to any and every attack that qualifies. Just remember that for the flanking part, the rogue has to be involved in the flank. That is, if a pair of fighters are flanking an enemy and the rogue isn't, the rogue doesn't get to say "Oh good, he's flanked, now I can Sneak Attack him!" I kind of wish it worked that way, but it doesn't.
3. If a cleric casts obscuring mists and then can choose to turn it off as a free action. Can it be turned off on another players turn or just on the clerics turn.
As has been pointed out, dismissing an active spell costs a standard action.

That's what the Gang Up feat, which I think this rogue may have, is for.
On #1: As long as it is a normal round, not a surprise round. In a surprise round, those who can act can only take a single action. They could still, however, cast and take a 5' step, in either order.
