Twice-Marked of Pharasma not showing on my account awards

i bought a guild package and as add-ons added some 2MoPs to my characters

it isn't showing up on my awards BUT the money for them is showing up in my account as unspent

i know that customer service email is my best avenue for answers as to how to fix this and get it added ...

but my question is:

if I go ahead and jump into EE with my DT account and backdate the XP to my twins BEFORE customer service adds the 2MoP addons to my account, will i have to create new characters (and thus lose the XP)?

No. Twice Marked is an add-on that is not related to Destiny's Twin.
