Adding reporters to event...

I have been told that I can add other Society members as reporters for my event. I have see the reporter entry in my own events listing to report games, specifically for the Card Game, for the longest time and just got one for another store when my Venture Captain added me.

My question is how do I add reporters on my own event? I have looked high and low to see what button/check box to effect to add those that are reporting their games. (instead of using their own numbers or having to give the session sheets to me)

Any ideas?

If you go to the bottom of your event setup page, you should see a "Designated Reporters" box. Enter your reporters' e-mails into that box and they should be added. Note that you need to use the e-mail address linked to their paizo.com account.

Same here as Silbeg - I cannot see an option to add other reporters

AFAIK this is still in limited beta-test to VOs.

Heck, and here I was pictureing Paparazzi following around Seekers - or Murderhobos being investigated by the local press.... I was going to be sure to up-date my outfits! A girls got to stay in current fashions you know!

Is there a time frame when it will be available to use normal folk that schedule and report games?

Should also point out that the designated reporter (of which I am one for a store) should be able to get and print out reporting sheets. (The web page goes to the home page when I try it)

This would be a fantastic feature.

Bonus points if you could use a PFS number instead of an email address to designate a reporter, since event organisers are more likely to have that.
