Warning - Emerald Lodge hex bugged - will report back if cleared (ZKM maybe as well)

This hopefully goes away after the reboot. But I thought I give out a warning:

A total of 7 characters as of my last count are stuck in Emerald Lodge after they logged out there. This count might go up if I hear from more people. Everyone who logged out since yesterday evening (GMT) seems to be affected.
You end up on the 'waiting for character screen' but the hourly cleanup is not helping.

In addition I heard about a character which tried to enter the hex (run through) who got desynched and got the same issue.

Zombie Kitten Mountain might have the same issues. I heard Deacon is stuck there with similar symptoms.

We are now at the daily downtime. So hopefully nobody else will be affected and all returns to normal.

GW is aware - so no need to inundate them with additional e-mails. But it helps to collate who else is stuck - where he is stuck - and if the hourly clean-up seems not working for them.

At least parts of Zombie Kitten Mountain have been reported as sharing the bug. Not sure how far it extends yet.

I hope they fix this before prime time.

On days like this, being stuck at work isn't so bad.

Oh who am I kidding? Playing an alt at a starter town would still beat working.

Yes - finally got around to harvest some hemp. Was after coal but the new character spawned in Issians crossing - so I took advantage to stock up on hemp instead.

Thanks, it's always nice to feel blamed :P My DT has the waiting for character bug, and last night my main could log in, as well as my character from another account, but they couldn't trade with each other, and they couldn't log out successfully (no matter which method, choosing Quit, closing the window, whatever, they always stayed around).

Has the downtime be extended? It is better if GW checks that everything works - so I don't mind. But I'm trying to check from here if all is okay and now can't even get back into the game.

Emerald Lodge seems online again. Have the first of 6 characters in. Will have to check the other ones.

There was something patched in the client, prefabs and in the .exe, so something has been fixed on our side also!
