Greetings fellow earthlings!!
I just wanted to give a quick update on Customer Service! I have gotten my opened cases down to 44. Half of them will be resolved as soon as my tool is completed!! As for the other 50%, about half of those are from unanswered tickets! If you have contacted CS before and haven't heard back, please check your junk mail! I want to make sure everyone is taken care of and some of you have not answered me back :p
