Order 3307025 still pending from October 2nd

I like everyone else anticipated a slight delay in order processing due to the Golem promotion.

However, after nearly 2 weeks without any notifications or updates...

Most other Web retailers in the industry add some form of disclaimer to add awareness that 'orders may be delayed X days as a result of the current promotion'.

I could in fact be mistaken, and this is a typical wait time for an order from paizo to be processed.

I also have a pending order since the 2nd but have not received any answer to my emails. Unfortunately I can't make a phone call. I would like to know what is going on.


Im in the same boat from the same day as well. No response to my email as well.

I'm in the same boat as you guys (order Order 3310850) same day too. Hopefully the'll get to us soon. Concidering my order number is almost 4k bigger than the OP's I'm not to hopeful.

Also In the October Subscription thread they said they had a ship issue or something. That coupled with the Great Golem sale resulted in them getting over 2000 emails a day. That's probably why you haven't heard from them. They are usually really good about that kind of stuff.

Sorry about not having a chance to respond to your emails yet. The phones have been extra crazy from the sale, so it's been hard to stay caught up on emails and messageboards.

It looks like most of your order is good to go, with the exception of The Deck of Many Things. For that particular item, we are waiting on more stock from a distributor, it and it taking longer than we had anticipated to get it in. It looks like your order should be able to ship as soon as it does come in.

If you want to make any changes to the order, please let us know. Thanks!

Your order also looks like all the items should be good, as soon as the warehouse gets to it in the queue. Sorry for the delay! It's been crazier than I was expecting at least (this is the first Great Golem Sale I've worked...so I'm not entirely sure what last year was like).
