Ok, hopefully I've read this right.
So let's say I've got 5 players, with levels 1,1,1,3,4 and am doing a 1-5 scenario.
We're playing down. At the end, everybody gets the 1-2 items since we played down, the level ones get 1-2 gold, and the levels 3 and 4 both get the "out of tier" gold (or the average of 1-2 and 4-5 if no such gold is listed). The level 4 would not get the 4-5 items because we played down.
Is all this correct?
