Tesla sued in China over trademark infringement by Tesla
Well, I admit I didn't see this one coming.
Sounds more like some jerkwad thinking "Hey, Tesla motors aren't established here in China yet, let me just trademark their name and a very similar logo and then I can sue them when they try to enter the Chinese market!"
That's my thought too. By the sounds of things, the guy pretty much copied their entire company.
