Hi, I'm new to GMing PFS. A couple of weeks ago I ran Shadow's Last Stand Part 1 2-23. It's a 1-7 and I had 6 players. When I calculated APL and followed the rules in the Organized Play Guide I determined they'd be playing the 6-7 sub-tier. That's all fine and dandy. However I missed a very important sentence that I shouldn't have. I had a level 2 playing and by the rules she was not legally able to play but I didn't realize it at the time. I had no intention to make such a mistake of allowing her to play more than 1 sub-tier above her sub-tier but I did and now I was wondering if I needed to do anything to fix that? Or should leave it as is and just make sure to pay attention more closely from now on?
Either way, thanks for the help.

Use it as a learning experience. For that PC, the maximum level they should have played is subtier 3-4, so their rewards should reflect that, to ensure that their rewards aren't skewed too high. I would cross off the subtier 6-7 items on the chronicle*, and for their gp, give them the average of subtiers 1-2 and 3-4 (so called 'out of subtier' gold).
I wouldn't do anything extreme like remove their chronicle sheet entirely or invalidate the session.
* This may be OK to leave as is, given that if they'd played a 7th-level pregen, they could give the credit (with item access intact) to a 1st-level PC.
