Pathfinder Custom character sheet needed, Can anyone help?

Hello everyone.
I am in need of a custom Pathfinder character sheet, actually I only need a front sheet modified.

I don't know how to go about it, so i'm asking here.

I just require a few things deleted from the front sheet.

I have been scouring various rpg forums, but I cant find anyone that does custom sheets.

Just for reference I am planning to run the Star Wars Rpg Revised using the skill system from pathfinder and the Combat manoeuvres system, so I could do with the pathfinder character sheet, with some stuff removed.

I need the following things removed....
Deity, Homeland, Spell Resistance and the ENTIRE Skill lists on the front sheet including the listed stats as I will be adding the combined pathfinder & star wars skills to it myself, I could also do with having the Speed section changed to metres or mtrs.

If anyone has already created a Pathfinder Character sheet with BLANKED OUT Skill section i'll use that.

If anyone knows of an easy way I can do it myself please let me know.

I built mine in MS Publisher. I've done others in AutoCAD. The front sheet doesn't have skills associated with it, but I think you are unlikely to find exactly what you want. I'd recommend making it yourself. Still, here's mine fwiw.
