Contacting Settlement Members Through Landrush Site

Is there a way to contact people who have joined your settlement as part of the Landrush, or push out communication to the roster? I'm trying to figure out how to open up communication with people who have joined as part of the Landrush, but that we don't know from prior contact.

The short answer is, "No".

Longer answer is that if they don't contact you here or on your 'guild' website you can try matching their Goblinworks account name to a Paizo account name and, if a matching account exists, hope it is the same person and contact them via PM here.
