Does pathfinder have rules for a strong PC to use cmd or another method to rip the arms or legs of of an opponent.

Sundering would break limbs (targeting a natural weapon), but alas, no ripping and tearing... that would be an (Ex) ability, most likely. (ps. breaking two arms would not affect much in combat by the rules, if you were fighting someone with natural weapons, as they could use feet, or head instead, most likely)... Sundering someone's head ... hmmm...
Well, Bestiary 4 has Grendel, who has it as a mythic ability...
A common house rule is that if you perform a coup de gras that would successfully kill a target, you may instead maim it in some appropriate way.
