I have items in my cart and the "May14" promotion code has been applied but when I press the "Proceed to Checkout" button and re-enter my password, it just goes back to the Paizo home page. I've tried several times to check out without success.
I want to add these items to my May Pathfinder subscription shipment.

I just noticed that the charge hold on my bank account and rushed here to see if you were the cause.
Everything looks to be in order, but did you include the May14 promo???
If not, PLEASE DO. I entered it several times just to be stymied. I'd be pretty upset paying higher prices than intended because of a faulty system glitch.

I am not able to put my order through the check-out system either. I am also not sure where to apply the May14 promo code. I keep getting sent back to the main page. If someone could put what's in my shopping cart through with the promo code, I would greatly appreciate it.

Just so everyone knows, the tech team is looking into this, and trying to get it fixed. In the meantime, Customer Service can submit the order from our side of the system, if you let us know you need it done.
That said, if you are having this problem, and want us to submit if for you, please start a new thread with your particular issue. We just want to make sure that no one gets overlooked or buried.

I too, am having a very difficult time processing an order. It seems to be stuck in some kind of loop. I was wanting to purchase everything in my cart using the may14 promo and cant get through. What are my options?
Until this issue gets fixed, we can submit the order from our side of the system. Would you like the physical items set to ship now, or moved to your sidecart to ship with your May subscription? Just let me know, and I'll get things finished up.

I have double and triple checked things, and the May14 promo code should be included and applied correctly to all eligible times.
Please note that the discount does not apply to subscription items themselves, but does stack with non-subscription items that are also eligible for the Pathfinder Advantage discount.If you have any more questions, please let me know.

For future reference, for entering promo codes:
After clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the shopping cart-Click on the "Step 3 - Payment Method" button
There is a section labeled "Promotions and Gift Certificates"
Enter the appropriate promo card in the box and click "Apply"

I may have been mistaken actually. I definitely ended up at store blog at least once but my (fiendish) cat may have stepped on the key board and taken me there. Right now it's going back to the same page as everyone else.
Sometimes my order would make it to the part where I could apply the code and had to hit "confirm order" but then in would take me back to the start. Other times it was just "proceed to checkout" which reset me. The first order I tried to make today I input the code, but I don't know if that caused the issue. Since then I've emptied my entire cart a couple of times and tried to start from scratch without the code (in part because it gave me trouble and I decided to wait on some items and do a bigger purchase later).
It could also be unrelated but I'm unable to view older blog posts as well (the page is just blank). Hope the info helps someone sort it all out.
As for the purchase, I added a single item to my cart and double checked that I only have 1 card on my account to use for a purchase/my subscription so go ahead and use that.
