The AP does offer pfs credit but only a certain section of each book is "official" in terms of what gives credit.
I do not have the sheets in front of me but if you go to the additional resources section of pfs player resources, there is a area designated for jade regent where you can download the pfs paperwork. Usually one section per book gives pfs credit if the AP gives credit.
Only the sections in Brinewall Village are sanctioned. This includes the cove, castle, and cemetery. Brinestump Marsh and the caravan are not sanctioned parts of the AP.
