Noob DM ?

I am a noob PFS DM and have a couple questions:

A) is it difficukt to report a scenario once completed?
B) how do I report it?
C) I have no printer/scanner so editing needs to be done via Adobe Acrobat, is it still possible to report the game?

Thanx in advance :)

Welcome to PFS!

Reporting is as easy as setting up the event. Open up the GM/Event Coordinator section of your My Pathfinder Society Page and click "report" on the event. The section that loads will have sections for numbers and prestige. If you get confused on filling it out, you can click on the instructions (which I've reviewed a time or two).

As to the Chronicle sheets which would be given to players, if this is an online game, I think you can use the digital signature section. I'm not an online GM and I've never played online only games, so maybe someone with more experience can chime in about that part.

Hope your game is fun!

A) It is not at all difficult to report a scenario! The hardest part, I think, is setting up the event, and even that is easy.

B) See RAdeMorris' explanation. It's quite good.

C) What I do is I open the scenario PDF in my image editing program (Gimp is my poison, I think you can do the same with Photoshop). A dialogue box opens letting me select any pages I wish. I skip everything and go straight to the Chronicle sheet. Bada-bing! Chronicle sheet as an image file!
Then, taking the text tool, I insert all the details, event name and number, date, signature (drawn in with my wife's tablet, though you can just use a fancy font if you feel so inclined), gold and prestige earned, player name, character name and number, faction, all that good stuff! Flatten the image, save as a JPG using the player's name as the file name and bada-boom! Filled Chronicle sheet ready to be emailed or loaded to Dropbox or similar.
Undo the flattening process with a quick Ctrl+Z, change the necessary text boxes, repeat the saving process.

That is but my own way of doing it! Others may have other ways. Find what works best for you!

Sior is a three-star GM and got to be such through 60 online play sessions. He may do things more basically than others and may over complicate other things, but he is happy with his methods. He enjoys short walks on the beach, seafood, and guinea pigs.
