Magic Item slot sheet

Not sure if this exists, but it would be helpful. Since we have the inventory sheet I thought it would be nice if someoene who be more PDF talented than I create this. As a GM it is very helpful to know what a player has in each slot, to know if they are cheating or just confused. I have seen one for 3.5, but PF has different slots. This sould be great to hand to a GM, so they know and be helpful to a player so they know what they already have filled.

I made an Excel one for personal use but I would have to edit it to remove stuff that is not allowed by Community Use Policy. At that point it really is not that useful.

I made it to kind of look like the Item slot sheet from the Player Character Folio.

Beyond a +1 to this. These sheets are starting to spread among our local chapter. It takes a while to fill them out, or you can just print the page that contains inventory, but they're excellent sheets.

I use the Abellius fillable PDF. I don't want to write the whole thing out by hand, this way I can print off a new copy whenever I need to level or change things and keep a current version available online (I use google drive) for other to play my character if I am not able to make a session, or for me to access if i need to remotely for some reason.

Honestly my favorite part about these sheets is when playing my Eldritch Knight or melee cleric, I have a two-page spread that contains all my combat stats, all my prepared spells, and all my school/domain powers. Soooooo nice.

This looks very similar to the sheet by Bad-Ass Bandanna, except the BAB sheets are form-fillable. It looks like the Minotaur sheet is custom format that must be printed and filled in manually. (Or like you said, just the inventory sheet.
