I am drawing a blank even though I know I have filled these blocks out before. It has been to long and I am drawing a blank. Above the GM info, how do you know which block to mark?

If there's nothing written in the scenario about which box to fill (which there won't be for older scenarios) then it doesn't matter.

The only scenarios where the boxes are relevant (as it affects plot points and NPC reappearences in future) are the recent, season 5 ones.
