Not really, because the base assumption of the game is that you're not going to be looking for angels to beat on.

There ar a lot of things taht can be done in the celestial planes. There is a 2e edition book f planescape (whose name evvades me in the moment) that gives plenty of ideas for adventuring in the upper planes.
