As of today I still have not received the above order that was supposed to have shipped out on 10/22/13. Has the shipment being delayed?

We did have some pretty significant shipping issues earlier in the month of October which did delay our new releases for October from shipping out as planned. Your order should be arriving shortly, hopefully by the end of this week.
