I have wanted to mention this point for a while since I first saw this thread. I admit, there might be some emblem somewhere, but part of me wants to feel like smart evil organizations should try to avoid creating obvious identifiers of their status as evil.
I mean, it works for the Red Mantis Assassins, since they set themselves up as a symbol of terror and they have the power to back this up, but Aspis? They want lucrative trade deals due to the chaos they spread. Having a tip off would be....meh.
In Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting page 189 there is a description:
The world regards the Aspis Consortium, under
its ubiquitous banner of a rampant serpent upon a shield, with
equal measures of respect and worry.
In the module River into Darkness, there is a portrait of the npc Kelim Esteban with a porcelain golden asp and green shield brooch.

But in the Inner Sea World Guide is written:
Nearly 200 years ago, a Chelish ship put into port at the Osirian capital of Sothis, its sails marked with the emblem of three intertwined asps.
So I made this new Aspis Consortium Emblem with three intertwined asps
