So I am prepping up to run the AP: ROW Part 1 (Snows of Summer) in PFS.
My question is related to the Additional Resources for what is and what is not allowed. Like if the PC has that paperwork, are they allowed to obtain the SoM magic item?
spear of manhunting is not legal for play, unless it is allowed from a different source. In this case, if the PC has the chronicle sheet for part 1 the spear of manhunting is "unlocked" to be purchased regardless of Additional Resources.
What Additional Resources is saying is that all equipment except spear of manhunting and the cauldron is legal for ANYONE to purchase (that owns the book, of course).
The chronicle sheet for part 1 allows for the spear to be purchased.
