Rebuilding your hand when it isn't your turn

There are a lot of situations where you are using your cards out of turn. As far as I can tell, you only rebuild your hand at the end of your actual turn. So you could start your turn with less cards then you should, right?

Correct. That's one of the things you have to weigh when you're thinking of playing blessings to help others... "am I going to need this blessing more on my turn than they need it right now?"

You can start your turn with zero cards. Happened to Angela of the DoubleClicks this weekend after an unfortunately timed encounter with Explosive Runes.
