Legacy of Fire replacement player.

Next monday we will be starting the 2nd session proper of this. One of the players has had to drop out for new job reasons, and so we are after a replacement player. Please let me know in good time if you're interested. All pcs are still Lvl 1 so you are still coming in at an early stage. We are using d20 roller and Skype, with a Campaign log/ page on Obsidian Portal..

Build rules:

Players Characters are built on 20 pts. No Summoners (because they are a pain for GMs), Ninja or Samurai (simply not appropriate). No Evil alignments. Logical Regional Deities are Sarenrae, and to a lesser extent Nethys and Gozreh.

Do not pick any traits: I will assign you a trait package if you decide to play.

The game is set in Katapesh so races are restricted to Human or Half Elf generally. If you build your character as being an Outlander .I'll consider other core races (even Gunslingers, if Human). Please bear in mind that the setting is more 'Arabian knights' than 'Lord of the Rings' so I will be be more favourably inclined to characters which don't clash wildly with that.

WE are starting at 5.30 pm EST (10.30 pm GMT).

Current party are:

Bard, Battle Oracle, Ranger Trapper, Palaldin: healing and hand to hand combat are therefore well covered. Some sort of arcane caster would be nice (Wiz, Sorc, Witch), but if you're interested at all just post here with a 2 line description of your preference. Thanks.

I'm interested! Legacy of Fire is my favorite AP, but I've never gotten a chance to play (on either side of the screen), outside of some very short-lived or slow-moving PbP games. I can get Skype, but I don't have a webcam. Is it a chat-based or audio-visual game?

I have a wizard PC generated specifically for this AP. LG, friendly, with a naughty monkey familiar. He comes pre-packaged with a piece of prose fiction I wrote in place of a conventional backstory. PC is Alem abd-al-Hassan, and you can find him as an alias under my profile.

I'd really love to, but I live on the west coast. Any chance the time is adjustable?

I would ask to play a mounted archer. I would use the sohei monk archetype and would eventually transfer to fighter. I would also hope to take leadership to obtain a more worthy mount at 7th level.
