in-game fireworks and pyrotechnics?

does anyone know if they are allow player created fireworks and pyrotechnics in game or just for major communnity events?

I'm hoping such things are part of an Alchemy system. Although I doubt they will let it go completely to the point where we have access to gun powder and explosives.

Yes, I know there are firearms in PFRPG, but not in the River Kingdoms, that i have read.

I also hope that something non-combat can be put it, and alchemy sounds like a good place for it, thought maybe engineering??? Anyway, I support this idea.
