I believe the PDFs are out. "Physical" rewards are pending. Superdungeon until June 2014.

If your paizo and kickstarter email addresses match, you won't receive a code. You can just go to My Account and click "View or Claim Kickstarter Pledges" to access the Fulfillment Tool. If your email addresses do not match, you should probably have received your code by now, and I would recommend contacting customer service at [e-mail]
