Reaper Bones - Gluing Parts Together

Miniatures

Liberty's Edge

Like MANY others, I jumped in on the awesome Reaper Bones Kickstarter and now have around 200 or so unpainted plastic Bones to paint in the near future. I'm very excited to get into this plastic mini painting hobby, but I'll need some expert advice :)

I've been reading up on various message boards but I have a few questions. I'll post each one separately so things can stay on topic. Please remember that I am ONLY interested in how these questions, answers and advice applies to the plastic Bones minis. I'm not interested in painting metal minis.

Onward!

I've been watching some Bone Unboxing videos on YouTube lately (which is really geeky, I admit) and I see that at least a few of the Bones come in more than one piece (the Griffon's wings, for example, come separate from his body)

So, what is the best product to glue Bones together? Any experience is welcomed, although I guess the best might be from those of you lucky folks who have received your Bones already and have actually done some of this gluing!

Thanks!!!

For plastics I still use super glue (though some advocate 'plastic' glue. Something like this

The bones plastics should be fairly easy to glue, unlike metal miniatures which take some effort or a different kind of glue.

Reaper Bryan has noted (can't find links at the moment), but he said basic superglue is best, the GW plastic cement is bad.

Sovereign Court

This is a pvc type plastic, very similar to the white pvc plumbing fittings you may have seen at a hardware store: http://www.globalindustrial.ca/p/plumbing/fittings/PVC/schedule-40-pvc-tee- fitting-12dia-white-121-u?gclid=CMa5p_St4bYCFeU5Qgod8GEAsw

Superglue will work the best. GW plastic cement will not work at all, it's meant for polystyrene.

Silver Crusade

I use Bob Smith industries insta Cure + which works fantastic.
