OK, I know Tiamat exists in Pathfinder but does not have an active part due to legal reasons. That said, besides Tiamat, what other god would fit the role of Takhisis (Info on Takhisis http://dragonlancenexus.com/lexicon/index.php?title=Takhisis) I was thinking Lamashtu but she's more monsters and nightmares

Dahak is the god of evil dragons, greed, treachery and destruction which is probably the closest fit. He's mentioned in the Other Gods section of ISWG.
His nemesis is Apsu, the god of good dragons, who is similar to Bahamut.
