Is anyone still playing any edition or version of Star Frontiers?

If so I'm looking for links, supplements, maps, game tiles, OGL material, fan material, etc.

Anything to make a GMs life easier.

That about covers it.

All you really need is Alpha Dawn and Knight Hawks - personally I found that Zeb's Guide wasn't something that really added anything to the game. The adventures based on Arthur C. Clark's 2001 & 2010 are quite amusing.
