From what I remember, issue #1 has a map of sandpoint and a goblin encounter. What kind of stuff does issues 2 and 3 have? Do we know what's in issue 4?
I'm on the fence for bying these because I like hard copies of comics, but 4 bucks is madness. I pay a discounted rate for Archie's Mega Man and Sonic books (less than three bucks each) for subcriptions, and there ain't no way I'm paying more for any other comics.
The subscription service here sucks, as I have to pay shipping for each individual order as it comes in, so I need to really be convinced to get these books. I'm interested, I'm just afraid they won't be worth the investment.

Bonus PFRPG material in each issue to date:
Pathfinder #1:
- 6-page gazetteer of Sandpoint, including a full-page map and sidebar stat-blocks for Belor Hemlock and Abstalar Zantus
- 'Junk Beach' - 2-page write-up for a fight using the included battle-map
- 4-page article giving Lvl-1 stat-blocks for Seoni, Valeros, Ezren and Merisiel
Pathfinder #2:
- 2-page gazetteer of Shank's Wood
- 'Shankshack' - 2-page write-up for a fight using the included battle-map
- 2-page article giving Lvl-1 stat-blocks for Harsk and Kyra
Pathfinder #3:
- 4-page gazetteer of Pauper's Graves, including a one-page writeup and stat-block for a key NPC
- 'Under Pauper's Graves', 2-page write-up for a fight using the included battle-map
Depending on your campaign's style and setting, the battle-maps alone might have enough replay value to be worth the cover-price. Proper stats for the Sherriff and Father Zantus will be useful during (re-)play of certain sections of Burnt Offerings. If the players have 'sandbox' leanings, the gazetteers for those locales will be a godsend. And so on, and so on.... :D
