Carrion Hill will be explained in chapter 4th (p. 30), and Kapavesta will be explained at chapter 3rd (p. 10).

its not there!!
just few npcs, some places and a dungeon. but there is no a city organization, demographics, etc.actualy i buy the rule of fear, but there isnt nothing about this town...
in page 30th (chapter 1) its a line which says that some enviroments near Carrion Hill will be explained and detailed in chapter 4th... theres nothing about Carrion Hill at all in that chapter.
even at page 10th, in aamans, says that Kapavestra will be explained at chapter 3 too, but there no is Kapavestra reference in that chapter...
maybe my copy is haunted or something!!
how can i contact with james or one of his guys to tell him this?
i even try to get my money back at amazon (where i buy the book) since im from another country, it cost me a lot of money, so now i have this cursed item called "Rule of Fear"

there is not a description at all for the town, as i say: just some npcs, a map and one or two dungeon to explore...
in the module there is not a whole description at all...
example: at midnight mirror, at the end of the module, there´s a whole description for the Karpat Village (a LN village, with rumors, notable locations, inhabitants, full description with it)
i already buy that pdf as well but here... Carrion Hill thing makes me feel so robbed at all, i swear!!

Carrion Hill is not described in Rule of Fear, because there's a 2-page writeup (complete with a timeline) in the Carrion Hill module. However, it is mentioned a few times and appears on the maps there, so that's it.
Your copy of the module is likely defect, which happens often with used books.
As for Kavapesta, it got cut from the final draft of the book due to space issues, and the mention there is an error. However, Wes was kind enough to provide some info on Kavapesta in the product thread.
