Exactly.. I'm hearing the APG ones aren't.. (or the UC ones aren't according to some folks) and I'm constantly hearing that someone wants to play a pali/druid/bard/barb/ect and doesn't know how to build one (or have the time)
One of the biggest issues I see is GMs looking for options to get the game started and moving (I'm going to try my hand at it this coming weekend and I'm going through my stuff to see what I got on hand so to ensure the game starts on time, everyone has something they like and we can move along quickly).
Hence my question about more of the Iconis as Pregens.

Well, you can't make higher level pregens, but you can always make 1st level pregenerated characters and hand them out.
Shisumo made a bunch of 1st level pfs legal pregens. There is at least one of every core race/(core/apg) class combination. One thing to note is that they don't have traits, so the player would have to at least pick out two traits.
It won't help for higher level pregens, but these would at least help first time players not have to struggle with figuring out how to make a character of the class/race they want to play.

I should note, as proud as I am of that document, that I haven't actually kept it up with the changes to the Society creation rules. To the best of my knowledge, they remain legal - I have skimmed through each new release of the Guide to OP looking for things that would make them illegal, and I have not seen any - but they might be out of date. A quick look-through before you hand them out would be a good idea.
EDIT: Actually, I do know there is one thing that is out-of-date, though it's a pretty easy fix - the Day Job roll modifiers. When the pregens were written, racial bonuses and class bonuses did not apply to Day Job rolls, so the modifiers were lower. That is no longer the case, so the Day Job modifiers should be ignored.
Also, although it doesn't render the pregens illegal, the pregens were made during the period when scrolls and potions could not be bought at character creation, so most of the casters have a great deal of unspent cash. Were I to update them now, that would probably be converted into some scrolls instead.
