I would like very badly. However, I have a poor internet connection, and cannot access the download site. I searched around to find another source, and only found the Italian version. Could somebody please see if they can manage to download the English version, and if so, e-mail it to kelseymacailbert@gmail.com so that I can download it from there?

I was under the same impression.
On the other hand Paizo moderators are fully in right to ask us to not post such requests on their boards to avoid the trouble of them having to check and verify legality of any such actions done here on the boards. Especially that they have limited ability to verify legality of such sites in some cases and limited ability to verify if, even if the site is legit, this is not an attempt to circumvent ban from such site in the first place or circumvent obligatory registration - asking someone else to download and share free to download file from paizo.com would be violation of terms of use for this site.

I personally don't even know what the material was, as it was redacted when I got here.... but I'll just note that "free to download" is not always equal to "may be freely redistributed."

To put folks minds at rests, it licensed as creative commons sharealike - third-party redistribution is allowed. Vic makes a very good point about redistribution sometimes being a reserved right for 'free' stuff - sometimes people rightly want eyeballs on their site.
