Seasons 0–2: For the first three seasons of the campaign, only five factions were available for characters to ally with. As such, members of the five new factions introduced in Season 3 playing older scenarios must utilize faction missions from another faction, as follows.
• Grand Lodge faction PCs should treat Osirion faction missions as their own for all Season 0, 1, and 2 scenarios.
• Lantern Lodge faction PCs should treat Qadira faction missions as their own for all Season 0, 1, and 2 scenarios.
• Sczarni faction PCs should treat Taldor faction missions as their own for all Season 0, 1, and 2 scenarios.
• Shadow Lodge faction PCs should treat Cheliax faction missions as their own for all Season 0, 1, and 2 scenarios.
• Silver Crusade faction PCs should treat Andoran faction missions as their own for all Season 0, 1, and 2 scenarios.
If members of two factions both receive the same faction mission, members of both factions are considered to have succeeded if either of them accomplishes the
mission presented.

Oh, I must have overlooked that. Thank you very much for pointing that out.

I'm sure this has been covered elsewhere, but are we allowed/encouraged to reflavor the missions so, for instance, there aren't any Shadow Lodge PC's worried about "creepy bathtub guy" calling them his little morsel in front of the others. :D
Now you know why some faction members only disseminate faction mission briefings, etc., on a need-to-know basis!
I generally won't run my Shadow Lodge character in older missions. What with the disconnect between the goals of the two factions (which is also a problem for Silver Crusade characters) and the fairly drastic retcon of the Shadow Lodge between seasons two and three, it's simpler to just play a different character.

I have a character that was originally Cheliax and is now Shadow Lodge. I just figure I'm doing a favor for the Paracountess - after all "creepy bathtub guy" does all kinds of favors for different people (and gets favors returned). But come to think of it, he can call me a "little tea-cake" if he wants to! I wont even charge extra for that!

If you want to generate your own faction mission handouts from different faction heads, that's fine as long as the information they present to the PCs is the same. What we don't want is someone completely rewriting them and leaving out a detail that makes it harder for PCs to find the location of their mission or understand what they're actually expected to do.
