No contest. Warduke would win. Even if I had his armor and his sword and he was nekid.
Oh come on, now. If we're going to even consider this, then we need to look at what we're dealing with. Warduke is a character. You're a game designer. That means if we take this to it's ultimate pseudo-logical conclusion, you're the equivalent of a user in Tron. You could create whatever you needed to beat the tar out of him.
Not sure I'd want to mess with this warduke. NSFW, and scarier than most.
If James has an eraser or a computer, he wins as the Warduke is a fictional character and can be simply erased from the battle or made to do whatever James chooses him to do. If Mr. Jacobs is without these items, he is a very dead man.
