Sewer Dragons of Absalom (this is a 3-7 so not good for newbies, but I feel it is more survivable than The God's Market Gamble or Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment)
Easy to Run:

Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment

Enjoyable NPC Interaction:

I would suggest running We Be Goblins and First Steps 1 through 3 for newbies.

I'm leaning towards Frostfur, Temple and Gamble based on your recommendations.
There will be a table for First Steps (with character creation workshop after they run pregens). I'm asking people to sign up for all three slots since it's basically 12 hours to run the series; I'm not sure I'll get a lot of takers with other convention events happening at the same time.
