I just did some.

I've decided I should do it more often.

That is all.

It is awesome. We had about 20 people over, someone got 3 dozen crabs to go along with the burgers (beef, turkey and salmon) as well as grilled pineapple and shrimp.

Plus beer, sangria and Pina Coladas.

This, combined with my not needing to use my AK, made it a good day.

Evil Lincoln, I grill as often as possible, fairly often with company involved.

Beer-n-butter simmered brats, cheese-infused brats, assorted chicken-n-cheese snausages, BBQ pulled pork, grilled corn on the cob, pork chops (2 different rubs on them), plenty of lager for myself and a summery peach vino for Missus Turin. Two kinds of bean side dishes, a cold ranch n bacon pasta salad, peanut butter & chocolate cake and Mexican vanilla ice cream round out the smorgasbord.

We'll eat for a week on the left overs.

I recommend grilling about a week's worth of meat at a time if you're into meal planning at all. During the slow weeks of pleasant weather, I'll grill 2 or 3 times a week.

There's something that is enjoyable and relaxing about grilling. (The lager might have something to do with it.)

P.S.: Happy 4th of July everyone!

I thought you were in Texas? Don't they shoot people who don't grill out there? :)

The Exchange

We did not grill simply because we choose not to this year.

Grill 3 times a week all year long, rain, nor snow, nor dark of night stop us. But then again we Coloradans LOVE to grill. Steak, chicken, burgers, trout, veggies, you name it, we grill it
