First time going to PaizoCon. I was very excited.
Originally, I was assigned this (and one other) event in the lottery:
Friday, July 6
08:00 AM – 01:00 PM Game Room NeoExodus A2: Ruins of Trovaska
I went ahead and added some other events until my schedule was pretty full.
I spent the next few days monitoring the events and noticed that one of the events that I had originally wanted to sign up for was available so I unchecked this event:
Friday, July 6
08:00 AM – 01:00 PM Game Room NeoExodus A2: Ruins of Trovaska
and signed up for this event instead:
Friday, July 6
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Robert Hughes Room Gaming Terrain: Casting Plaster Bricks
I had to drop the first one to avoid the conflict. Then I double-checked my schedule and my events showed correctly.
Then, a couple of days later, the other Gaming Terrain event that I wanted opened up a slot so I signed up for this too:
Friday, July 6
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Robert Hughes Room Gaming Terrain: Working With Styrofoam
I was stoked. I checked my schedule again and it all looked correct. I now had the two Gaming Terrain events that I wanted, but had to give up my lottery event to do it. Somebody else signed up for the empty slot in the NeoExodus event.
Lo and behold, all of a sudden, the Gaming Terrain events disappeared from my schedule. I emailed (and later called) Paizo support but, other than "we're investigating...", got no answers. Although they promised to try to "make it right". Finally after no emails, I call them back more than a week later and they tell me there was a glitch in their system and there's nothing they can do.
So not only did I lose the events they say mistakenly opened up, but now I lost my lottery event too. Now I'm less excited and more frustrated.
Just curious if this happened to anyone else out there in PaizoLand.

I didn't manage to get into either of the terrain events due to the event process problems, either. So I'm not really doing any scheduled events.
...but hey, it's all about having fun, right? As much as I'd LOVE to attend those, there's gonna be a lot more to do, so you know - go with the flow. Or something.
But I feel your pain!
